Refund policy

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are unsatisfied with your Sweat X Sport product for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Renegade Brands USA, Inc. shall bear the cost of return shipping to Renegade Brands USA, Inc. only if the Product is shipped with the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Renegade Brands USA, Inc. shall bear the cost of shipping replacement products to the Consumer. A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs). Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards and only in US dollars.

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Renegade Brands USA, Inc. determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Renegade Brands USA, Inc. receipt and verification of return product.

Shipping
We can ship to US Domestic addresses only, no international orders or shipping is available at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
